Delivery

All deliveries will be made within ten working days, this does not include holidays.

Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. All tags must intact.

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.

If you are seeking an exchange please contact us on instagram, facebook, or the messenger widget on our website. Let us know your request so we can hold the stock for you. If we are out of stock in that style you can always exchange for another style.

You must use a tracked delivery service to ensure easy confirmation of receipt. You are responsible to pay the postage for returned products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

After receiving the product, the refund will be processed within 10 working days and applied to the original method of payment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return goods purchased from another of Petroleum Studio dealers. Our office can not process the return of goods that are bought in a store, and the package will be returned to you at your own expense. If the product is bought in a store , it must be returned to the store

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
